II. The Concept of “Zero-Formula”

II. The Concept of “Zero-Formula”

The term Zero-Form designates the symbolic and structural apparatus representing the critical point of art.
Here, “zero” does not signify nothingness, but that which is infinitesimally close to nothing yet faintly existent.

It is a space of genesis and dissolution, a liminal zone (awareness threshold)—
what phenomenology refers to as the Horizon:
that which is not yet visible, but is certainly there.
The horizon is the field in which latent being becomes perceptible.

In this respect, “zero” functions as a symbol of infinite criticality:
ontologically, it marks the frontier of existence;
aesthetically, it gestures toward beauty as process, not product.
